General Terms of service 


By paying for the services offered on this site you agree to the following terms and conditions on this site. ( please note these terms may be subject to change at the sole discretion of the photographer)


  1. Clients have a 15 minute grace period for in person sessions arrival past 15 minutes will result in a late fee of $75. 

  2. 50% of deposits are required when booking all services this excludes our subscription service & future products sold on the site. Unless a special has specific requirements. 

  3. Client communication will only be done through email only. Social media , and other forms of communication are prohibited under any circumstances. 

  4. Studio sessions , outfit changes and any other add ons are an additional cost and must be paid prior to session failure to make payment will result in a session downgrade or session hold. 

  5. Session fees are non refundable under any circumstances but may be put towards another session if for the following reasons: weather , On location issue. 

  6. Bookings are accepted up to two weeks prior to the session date requested of the client. 

  7. Travel fees are not included in any in person session and vary based on clients needs and requested location. 

  8. Travel , lodging , meals and any other expenses of a photographer must be covered by client in order to ensure services can be rendered for clients properly this includes but is not limited to local clients & international clients in  or out of the country. 

  9. Images Turnaround time for sessions are up to 2 weeks or sooner.  

  10. Images may not be altered under any circumstances for portrait sessions such as filters , and other graphics that were not permitted by photographers. 

  11. If ANY client fails to adhere to the listed requirements services will be terminated and client is required to pay return payment for any products they wish to have back if applicable.
